These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the OneMinute mobile app ("OneMinute", "the App"), operated by Code Arc Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using OneMinute you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
1. What OneMinute Does
OneMinute offers short daily challenges in Brain, English, Money, Confidence and Knowledge, and rewards you with XP, levels and streaks to help you build a small daily habit.
2. Not Professional Advice
OneMinute is for learning and habit-building. Its content, including anything about money, confidence or the mind, is general educational material. It is not financial, investment, medical, legal or psychological advice and is no substitute for a qualified professional. Make your own decisions and seek professional advice where it matters.
3. Guest Use & Accounts
You can use OneMinute without an account. You can choose to sign in with Google or Apple so your progress is saved to an account. You are responsible for keeping your Google or Apple account secure. Guest progress is tied to that guest session on your phone and can be lost if you delete the app.
4. XP, Levels, Streaks & Rewards
XP, levels, streaks and similar rewards are for motivation only. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged or transferred, and we may adjust, reset or correct them (for example to fix errors or stop misuse).
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) try to reverse-engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the App or its services; (c) cheat or automate the App to gain XP or streaks; or (d) harass, harm or impersonate others.
6. Third-Party Services
OneMinute relies on third-party services such as Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple and our backend provider (Supabase). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, challenge content and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell or republish the content.
8. Termination
You can stop using OneMinute and delete your account at any time (see account deletion). We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or misuse the App.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the content is complete or suited to your needs.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including decisions you make based on its content.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. We'll change the "Last updated" date above when we do.
