Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information OneMinute ("we", "us", "our") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. OneMinute is a daily self-improvement app with one-minute challenges in Brain, English, Money, Confidence and Knowledge.

1. Information We Collect

WhatWhenDetails
Guest identifier When you start using the app A random anonymous ID that lets us keep your answers and progress. It contains no name, email or other personal details.
Account info Only if you choose to sign in Your email address, name and a sign-in ID, provided by Google or Apple. Apple may give us a private relay email instead of your real one. We never see your Google or Apple password.
Your setup During onboarding and when you edit your profile The 1–3 focus areas you chose, your daily goal (1, 3 or 5 minutes), your reminder choice and time, and your device timezone (so "today" and your streak follow your own day).
Your progress As you complete challenges The challenges you complete, the answers you give, and your XP, level and streak.
Data stored on your phone Ongoing Your setup answers and your sign-in session are stored on your device. Deleting the app removes them.

We do not collect your photos, contacts, microphone, precise location or advertising ID. OneMinute does not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and challenge content is written and approved content, not generated live by AI from your data.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Guest Mode

You can use OneMinute without signing in. As a guest, your data is linked only to a random anonymous ID. If you delete the app as a guest, that ID is gone from your phone and your progress can't be recovered. If you later sign in, your guest progress isn't merged into an existing account.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account (or guest record) exists. You can permanently delete your account and its data from the app (Profile → Delete Account) or by emailing us; see our account deletion page. We may remove guest records that have been inactive for a long time.

6. Security

We use encrypted connections and row-level access controls on our database, and we keep your sign-in session in your phone's secure storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

OneMinute is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information. To use these rights, email us at muhammadumar840777@gmail.com.

9. International Users

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our service providers operate.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the "Last updated" date above when we do.
